    Working at Heights Refresher Training Provider ID # WAH-34602

    Prerequisite: Valid Working at Heights Certificate

    Working at Heights training is valid for 3 years.

    This refresher course must be taken before it expires.

    Course Prerequisites You must have a learner ID # and bring it with you to your training.

    Participants will:

    • Review basic working at heights awareness ranging from employer and supervisor obligations

    • Understand working at heights-related hazards, along with safeguards and procedures designed to protect workers.

    • Review fall protection equipment and systems

    • Review component identification and deficiencies

    • Review ladder selection, inspection and proper use Evaluation

    The participant will demonstrate how to inspect equipment; how to don, adjust and doff a harness, and maintain how to maintain 100% tie-off when moving from one anchor to another.

    Successful completion of this four-hour refresher training will re-validate WAH training compliance for three years.

    At the conclusion of the training the student will receive a certificate from the Ministry of Labour , Immigration , Training, and Skills Development.
